Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for paid services offered by Removevital.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all paid services offered by Removevital, including individual consulting sessions, seasonal educational programs, and group blending workshops. Free website content, including recipes and botanical guides, is not subject to this policy as no payment is involved.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with the Dutch Consumer Protection Act (Wet koop op afstand) implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the contract conclusion. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement of your decision to assist@removevital.world before the withdrawal period expires.
Exception for digital content and scheduled services: If you have expressly requested that services begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal does not apply after the service has been completed.
4. Consulting Session Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by the Client
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund or free rescheduling to a new date within 90 days.
- 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled session: 50% refund or free rescheduling to a new date within 60 days.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion for a €15 administrative fee.
- No-show without prior notice: No refund or rescheduling.
4.2 Cancellation by Removevital
If we cancel a consulting session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund within 14 business days or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone.
4.3 Dissatisfaction With Session Content
Our consulting sessions provide educational blending guidance for home culinary preparation. If you believe the session did not meet the described scope, contact us within 7 days of the session date with specific details. We will review your concern and may offer a partial refund, a complimentary follow-up session, or an alternative resolution at our discretion. We do not issue refunds based on subjective flavour preferences or expectations of specific outcomes.
5. Educational Program Refunds
5.1 Before Program Start
If you cancel your enrolment in a seasonal educational program before the official start date:
- More than 14 days before start: Full refund minus a €10 processing fee.
- 7 to 14 days before start: 75% refund.
- Less than 7 days before start: 50% refund.
5.2 After Program Start
Once an educational program has commenced, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for remaining unused weeks. Completed weeks are non-refundable. To request a mid-program refund, contact us with your reason and the last week you wish to be charged for.
6. Group Workshop Refunds
Group blending workshops require a minimum number of participants. Refund conditions for workshops are as follows:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the workshop: Full refund.
- Cancellation 3 to 7 days before the workshop: 50% refund or transfer to a future workshop date.
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the workshop: No refund, but ticket transfer to another person is permitted with prior notification.
- If we cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrolment: Full refund issued within 14 business days, with at least 48 hours advance notice where possible.
7. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send an email to assist@removevital.world with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, booking reference or invoice number, and reason for the request
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
Refunds are issued in Euros. If your payment was made in a different currency, the refunded amount may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations applied by your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for such differences.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Digital recipe sheets or educational materials already delivered and accessible
- Services fully completed before a refund request was submitted
- Third-party costs incurred during service delivery (e.g., specialty ingredient purchases made on your behalf with prior approval)
- Promotional or discounted sessions marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
9. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of access to future services. We will provide all relevant documentation to payment processors to resolve disputes fairly.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch and EU law. If any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection legislation, the statutory rights prevail. For disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may refer to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The revision date at the top of this page indicates the most recent update. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date. Purchases made before an update are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
